Historic lakefront household in Regents Park to be raised 2 feet as portion of main makeover

Exterior and interior renovations are prepared for the 7,300-square-foot Palm Seashore Regency-model home in Regents Park, which is right away south of Mar-a-Lago.

Programs for the renovations have been presented to the Landmarks Preservation Fee on Wednesday.

Regents Park was specified as an Historic District by the town in Might 2015.
