Stanley Blacker & Decker shut out 2020 with larger earnings and gain as do-it-yourselfers spent the pandemic on house advancement tasks

Instrument and devices storage maker Stanley Black & Decker Inc. closed out 2020 with larger profits and financial gain, benefiting from a surge in do-it-oneself tasks by shoppers trapped at dwelling in the coronavirus pandemic.

Stanley Black & Decker closed out 2020 with higher revenue and profit as consumers stuck at home during the pandemic increasingly took up do-it-yourself projects.
